I went to Guiyang and Anshun for three days each during the summer vacation. I had a lot of fun. But after reading my previous two guides to Guiyang and Anshun, I went to Qiannan for a trip. I took a three-hour train from Anshun Railway Station to Guiyang. Why did I choose to take the train? Firstly, it is cheap, and secondly, I am not in a hurry. I haven’t taken a train for many years. It is not tiring to take it during the day, and I can also take it to Duyun.
It seems that many friends who have not been to Guizhou have never heard of Qiannan. They may have only heard of the names of scenic spots such as Libo Xiaoqikong and Tianyan. Qiannan is located in the southern part of Guizhou Province. It includes Duyun City, Guiting County, Luodian County, Pingtang County, and Libo County. The scenic spots are relatively scattered. You don’t have to visit every scenic spot. Try to rent a car or charter a car to go there. I chose to rent a car.
The attractions in Qiannan were too scattered, so I stepped on a lot of pitfalls. After returning, I specially summarized a nanny-level itinerary guide for Qiannan free travel to share with you. Qiannan attractions include Libo Xiaoqikong, which has become a popular attraction in the past two years. It is very crowded and is known as the “Emerald on Earth”. National Geographic rated it as “the most beautiful place in China”. It is a scenic spot that combines the beautiful mountains, strange stones and clear waters of Guizhou’s karst landforms. The ticket plus the sightseeing bus costs 170 yuan per person, and 50 yuan per person for residents of Jiangsu, Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. If you depart from Guiyang, you can buy a direct bus ticket to the scenic spot for 120 yuan per person, which also includes a one-way ticket from Guiyang to the scenic spot.
Scenic spot tour route: enter from the west and exit from the east. The first stop when entering from the east is the Xiaoqikong Bridge. The downhill road to the west is not tiring. There are food stalls outside the scenic area. Enter from the west gate → Wolongtan → go to Yuanyang Lake and row a boat for 30 yuan → Tianzhong Cave → Cuigu Waterfall → Water Forest → Xiaoqikong Bridge → East Gate.
China’s Sky Eye Scenic Area is known as the “500-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope”, which is the world’s largest radio telescope. Its sensitivity is more than 2.5 times that of the world’s second largest telescope. Therefore, it is also known as the place on Earth that can see farthest. The scenic area includes multiple exhibition halls such as the Astronomy Experience Hall and the Digital Exhibition Hall. Tickets + round-trip shuttle bus + Astronomy Experience Hall + Planetarium Cinema are 140 yuan
Luodian Daxiaojing is a free attraction, known as “Little Sanya in Guizhou”. With turquoise water and milky white caves, you can enjoy the scenery, cruise, camp, and play in the water. Tour route: Take a boat at the riverside pier, then get off the boat at the first cave, walk along the mountain road for 20 minutes to reach Xiangshui Cave, go down the cave to the underground river and take a bamboo raft to the other side of the cave, enter the cave and climb to the Bajiaodong Tiankeng, and return to the swimming pool by the original route. You can also take a boat directly to the underground river, where there are stalactites and other karst landscapes to see.
Duyun Film and Television City is a full-scale film and television industry project that integrates film and television drama creation and shooting, cultural tourism creative interaction, ancient decoration creation and rental, leisure sightseeing, vacation tourism and cultural tourism. Many well-known film and television dramas were filmed here. Tour route: Octagonal Building-Guantao Princess Pavilion-Sima Gate-Chen Qing Ling Pavilion-Pepper Room Hall-Changle Princess Pavilion-Mansion Back Street is just a circle. If you are not interested in film and television and taking pictures, you don’t have to go there. The location is not close. The daytime ticket is 63 yuan, the night ticket is 49.9 yuan, and it only costs 5 yuan for Duyun or Guangdong people.
Shanmu Lake Scenic Area has the “Hand of the Earth” glass viewing platform, as well as rainbow stairs, flying dragon glass bridge, alpine slide, cliff swing, etc. The entrance is the mountain climbing steps, and there will be several check-in points in the middle, and then you will reach the flying magic carpet. After getting off the magic carpet, you will reach a small pink maze. Go up a few steps to the hand of the earth, and next to it is the mirror of the sky. Continue walking to the forest sea cableway, then the glass bridge, and after crossing the glass bridge, you will reach the magic castle, cute pet park, step by step, rainbow slide and canopy bridge. Tickets are 100, 138 and 168 yuan, and the items included are different.
Qiannan 4-day nanny-level itinerary:
Day 1: Take the train from Anshun to Guiting Railway Station, then rent a car and drive 18 kilometers to Guiting Xiaohukou Waterfall, and then drive another 15 kilometers to Jinhai Snow Mountain.
On the second day, we drove to Duyun Shanmu Lake Scenic Area early in the morning. After the tour, we drove 7.4 kilometers to Duyun Qin and Han Film and Television City.
On the third day, we drove to Libo Xiaoqikong Scenic Area early in the morning. If you only play for half a day, you can also go to Libo Yaoshan Ancient Village Scenic Area, which is 36 kilometers away and costs 100 yuan. In Jiangsu and Guangdong, it only costs 20 yuan.
On the fourth day, we drove to the China Sky Eye Scenic Area. If you are very tired, you can also choose to visit some of the attractions. It is really tiring to rush to the attractions along the way.
